Where do you ship from?
All packages are shipped from Los Angeles, CA. I use primarily USPS ground advantage for US orders, and DHL or UPS for international orders
How long will my order take to arrive?
That depends on what pieces are included in your order! As a slow fashion line run by 1 person, many pieces are 'made to order', meaning they will take up to 5 weeks to make and ship out. Made to order pieces include tights, wife pleasers, etc.
If your order only includes pieces that are ready to ship out, like jewelry or 1/1 garments, your order will ship out within a week!
Shipping time within the US: 1-5 days
International Shipping: 7-15 days
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! I ship to almost every country, but you can check if I ship to your area by going to checkout and inputting your address.
Why is shipping to my country/area not available?
This is usually a glitch, please shoot us an email at shopangeltheory@gmail.com and we will get that fixed right away!
How can I track my order?
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email.
You can track it through the link in your email or by logging into your account.
My international package hasn't arrived yet, what do I do?
If your international package seems like it is delayed or there is no update in tracking , please check with your local post office for local delivery and customs issues

I placed 2 orders, can I combine the shipping?
Yes! shoot me an email at shopangeltheory@gmail.com with your order number, and I will refund you the cost of one shipping fee.
How do I choose the correct size
Please refer to our size guide and compare your measurements to the size chart. You can also compare the measurements of a garment you own that fits you well and has a similar stretch and cut.
My package arrived and my garment is messed up in some way, what do I do?
We want to provide the best quality possible, so if there is a tear, stain or issue with your garment, we want to resolve that asap! Shoot us an email an we will be happy to help out
My 1/1 garment is the wrong size, can I return it?
We do not accept returns for sizing issues, as measurements are taken meticulously for each 1/1 garment. If you believe the measurements we listed are incorrect, please shoot us an email at shopangeltheory@gmai.com to resolve the issue!
What size of tights should I get?
If you are between sizes in tights, we recommend sizing up!

I want to shop in person, where can I do that?
We sell select styles in person at Venus in Tokyo in NYC, at Ratstar in LA, and at SXC Showroom in Berlin.
We also do occasional pop ups at stores and markets, so keep an eye on our instagram for that information.
I am a stylist and I want to pull for a celebrity client or creative photo shoot -- How do I do that?
I love working with stylists! Please shoot me an email with details of the client/shoot and the dates needed.
Given adequate time, I also do custom garments for creative shoots or styling.
I am an influencer and want to collaborate! How do I reach out?
shoot us an email! We are not always doing influencer collaborations, but if your vibe matches ours, we would love to work together <3
